Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment in Telford. This full-time on-site role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and meeting sales targets. A strong understanding of the security industry and its services is beneficial, as well as experience with CRM software and sales tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Promote company services and solutions
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM software

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the security industry and security services (desirable)
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
