Job Summary:

A successful Senior Sales Development Executive is required to manage and grow relationships with Electrical Contractors, leveraging CRM software to monitor account activity, prioritise growth, and increase sales across electrical connectors, terminal blocks, plugs, and sockets in the East & West Midlands region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Account management and growth across the targeted regions
  • Develop new business opportunities and re-engage dormant accounts
  • Collaborate with internal technical sales teams and other Business Development Managers

Salary Package:

We offer a competitive basic salary of £50,000, with an additional 20% OTE. The role also includes a company car (Hybrid), laptop, phone, and a generous holiday package (25 days including Christmas shutdown) plus private medical insurance, pension scheme, and death in service benefit.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales and business development experience with Electrical Contractors
  • Technical understanding of electrical connectors and terminals
  • Excellent relationship management skills and strategic approach to growing accounts
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently with frequent travel requirements
