Flogas is a leading supplier of liquid petroleum gas in the UK, and we're looking for an experienced Customer Experience Team Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Team Manager to lead our customer experience team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, identifying opportunities to add value to the business through sales and service of our bottled gas and bulk clients.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a team manager in a contact centre environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Strong team player with ability to balance business needs with customer needs
  • Self-motivated with ability to motivate others
  • Positive change management experience and proactive problem-solving mentality
  • Flexible approach to work and experience in recruitment
