Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Service Team Lead to join our team in Leicester. As a key member of our contact centre, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of customer service representatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve first-time call resolution rates.
- Maintain a culture of excellence within the team by recognizing achievements and providing feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time hours), depending on experience.
