Job Title: Customer Service Team Manager

Location: Leicester 2 days a week, home working 3 days per week

Estimated Salary: £32,500 per annum

Hours per week: 35 hours per week (flexible working between core hours)

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Manager to lead and develop our customer contact centre team in Leicester. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for shaping the way we deliver services while ensuring exceptional customer service standards.

  1. Report to and support the Customer Service and Experience Manager.
  2. Lead, train, and coach a team of customer service advisors.
  3. Ensure the team provides the best possible service to members, training providers, and customers.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams in a call centre or office-based environment. You will have excellent communication skills, be solution-driven, and able to resolve complex issues swiftly.
