Digital Marketing Director

About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with business partners that align with our company's objectives. Your duties will include identifying potential domestic partners, conducting market research, negotiating partnership agreements, and nurturing these relationships to support our growth strategy.
Additionally, you will lead our digital marketing team to drive revenue and business growth across all digital channels, including social media, email, PPC, and SEO. You will also develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our founder's vision and the company's objectives, target audiences, and brand guidelines.
- Identify and evaluate potential domestic strategic partners to ensure partnerships align with the company's strategic objectives and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate and manage partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships.
- Manage the partnership lifecycle from initiation to execution.
- Ensure compliance with partnership agreements.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Develop and manage partnership budgets.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Work with marketing teams to develop co-marketing initiatives.
- Develop and implement processes to streamline partnership management.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in partnership management or marketing.
- Proven record of accomplishment in developing and managing successful partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
