Healthcare Leader and Nursing Home Deputy Manager

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Lead Mental Health and Deputy Head of Healthcare to join our team at Amber Mace. As a qualified nurse with experience at supervisory level, you will lead the home's clinical quality control systems and support the Manager in effective financial, human, and material resource management.
Key Tasks:
- Develop and promote high standards of care, ensuring residents are safe and well-protected.
- Lead the coaching of staff to meet quality standards, focusing on transparency and engagement.
- Support the Manager in managing resources effectively and efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Active NMC pin as a qualified nurse (RMN or RGN).
- Experience at supervisory level in a nursing home, ideally as a deputy manager.
