About the Role:
Clinical Lead Mental Health and Deputy Head of Healthcare is a key position at Amber Mace, responsible for leading the home's clinical quality control systems. The successful candidate will be a qualified nurse with an active NMC pin, having experience at supervisory level within a nursing home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high standards of care, medication management, and clinical services to ensure residents' safety and well-being.
- Lead the coaching of staff to meet quality standards, practicing transparency and engaging them in quality control areas.
- Support the Manager in effective financial, human, and material resource management.
Requirements:
- Qualified nurse with an active NMC pin.
- Experience at supervisory level in a nursing home, preferably as a deputy manager.
