Responsibilities and Challenges:
- Oversee the development and implementation of care strategies, promoting resident safety and well-being.
- Lead the coaching of staff to ensure quality standards are met, incorporating feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Manager to optimize resource allocation, streamlining processes for efficient operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active NMC registration as a qualified nurse (RMN or RGN).
- Previous experience at supervisory level in a nursing home setting, preferably as a deputy manager.
