Southwest Healthcare Training Lead

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as the Deputy Regional Training Manager. As part of the Learning and Development Mental Health Southwest Training Team, you will play a key role in delivering consistent, professional training that meets the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the facilitation of high-quality classroom-based training and support in all aspects of required training, including TMVA.
- Support site and hub training delivery as part of the induction program, refresher training, and specialist service/department delivery.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate and inspire others. A salary of £42,000 - £49,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.
Requirements- Experience working with SMT and other key stakeholders to achieve business aims/goals
- CIEH Level 2 in Risk Assessment & Management or willingness to gain
