Are you an experienced manager with a passion for training and development? Elysium Healthcare is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Deputy Regional Training Manager.

As part of the Learning and Development Mental Health Southwest Training Team based at the Taunton training centre, you will be responsible for providing a consistent, professional training function that meets the needs of the business and ensures the effective operations of all training within the Southwest region.

You will oversee the facilitation of high-quality classroom-based training and support in all aspects of required training, including the Therapeutic Management of Violence and Aggression (TMVA).

Working under the direction of the Regional Training Manager for Mental Health Southwest services, you will facilitate efficient training operations, ensure our training centre provides a regular comprehensive induction and refresher training, manage the regional team, and complete training reports, audits, and guidance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the learning and development provision within the region.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for information, advice, and guidance.
