Learning Disability and Autism Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of a comprehensive training program for healthcare professionals in Learning Disability and Autism.

This is a Full-time, Fixed-term Contract opportunity to join the bemix team in a key role within our organization.

The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training program is a critical initiative aimed at improving the understanding and support of Autistic and Learning Disabled individuals in healthcare settings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Project Management: Overseeing the development and delivery of the training program, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with healthcare professionals, Autistic and Learning Disabled individuals, and other stakeholders to ensure the program meets their needs and expectations.
  • Training Development: Working with subject matter experts to design and deliver high-quality training content that addresses the needs of healthcare professionals.
  • Program Evaluation: Monitoring and evaluating the program's effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement, and ensuring continuous quality enhancement.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong Project Management Skills: Proven experience in managing complex projects, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Ability to engage and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including Autistic and Learning Disabled individuals.
  • Agile Approach: Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and the ability to apply them in a dynamic environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in leading teams and mobilizing workforce to achieve project goals.
