Key Responsibilities- Deliver Exceptional Education: Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality teaching strategies that cater to the learning needs of students with Autism and other special educational needs.
- Engagement: Foster a motivating and inspiring atmosphere for students, building trust and confidence among pupils, colleagues, and parents.
- Promote School Values: Uphold and advocate for the core values and aspirations of our educational establishment.
- Participate in School Activities: Engage in various school-wide initiatives as directed by the leadership team.
- Lead Enrichment Activities: Organize and supervise off-site learning experiences that enrich the educational journey of students.
- Safeguarding: Adhere to all safeguarding protocols, including participation in annual training and induction processes.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in classroom teaching.
