Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Education: Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality teaching strategies that cater to the learning needs of students with Autism and other special educational needs.
  • Engagement: Foster a motivating and inspiring atmosphere for students, building trust and confidence among pupils, colleagues, and parents.
  • Promote School Values: Uphold and advocate for the core values and aspirations of our educational establishment.
  • Participate in School Activities: Engage in various school-wide initiatives as directed by the leadership team.
  • Lead Enrichment Activities: Organize and supervise off-site learning experiences that enrich the educational journey of students.
  • Safeguarding: Adhere to all safeguarding protocols, including participation in annual training and induction processes.
Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in classroom teaching.
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, or Severe Learning Difficulties.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS).
