We are seeking an experienced Commercial Growth Specialist to join our team at LTE Group. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing high-value partnerships with businesses to support the work of the Group and our key services and brands.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business-to-business sales and leadership within a customer-centric organisation, preferably in the education, skills, or employment-focused environment. Experience in developing and enhancing commercial partnerships with key stakeholder and client groups is also essential.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain commercial relationships with blue-chip employers.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the LTE Group's business activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for partnership development.

Estimated Salary Range: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
