About the Role

The LTE Group seeks a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role that will contribute significantly to the business development activities across the LTE Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and creating high-value partnerships with businesses to support the work of the Group and our key services and brands – including Total People, UCEN Manchester, The Manchester College, MOL, and Novus.

This is a strategic sales role focused on Greater Manchester and the wider North West of England. The post holder will be responsible for increasing our reach with businesses, developing new partnerships, innovative learning offers, and increasing the number of work-based learners our group supports.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
