About the Role

  1. Commercial Growth: Drive commercial success by continuously improving and innovating, analysing customer sales, service data and KPIs, and implementing strategies to improve results.
  2. Team Performance: Lead a high-performing team, focusing on strategic planning, team development and nurturing all internal and external relationships to strengthen the business.
  3. Brand Ambassadors: Empower yourself and the team to communicate our brand purpose, vision and stories to exceed the expectations of every customer, becoming ambassadors of the Nespresso brand.

Skill and Qualification

To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record of professional experience in direct customer sales, effective coaching and providing feedback to support others succeed in our business.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension, private medical, and Nespresso Coffee Machine.
