Sales and Operations Manager Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Boutique Sales and Operations Manager to join our team at Richemont. As a Senior Boutique Sales and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and operations performance in the boutique.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and achieve sales targets and KPIs for the boutique

  • Provide regular reporting on sales, traffic, and other key metrics

  • Support the Boutique Director in managing the team to optimize performance and profitability

  • Elevate client experience in-store and out-of-store while ensuring brand guidelines are met

  • Define objectives with HQ and the Boutique Director for client retention, recruitment, and reactivation to achieve sales targets

  • Work with the retail network on strategy and execution of customer plans to reach top client growth objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous boutique management experience in luxury retail

  • Excellent presentation and brand ambassador skills for ALAÏA

  • Strong customer service approach and ability to drive CRM initiatives

  • Fluent English (written and oral), Foreign languages a plus

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
