We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Boutique Team Lead to join our team at Outside The Box Recruitment Ltd. As a Boutique Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales consultants in a luxury boutique setting and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales targets. They will be responsible for managing sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Salary: £35K - £40K + bonus.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue.
  • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a luxury boutique setting.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
