**Job Title:** Sales Development Representative - SaaS Growth Expert

**Location:** Remote/Hybrid

**Salary:** £25,000-£30,000 base + OTE + Shares

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team at Adhesion, a leading SaaS business. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with Mid-Market to Enterprise-level clients, selling our market-leading SaaS solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Research and identify new sales opportunities through data-driven outreach campaigns
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive and strategic sales efforts

**Ideal Candidate:**

  • 1+ years of sales experience in fast-paced SaaS/IT business sales across Mid-Market and Enterprise
  • Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets in a BDR/BDE/SDR role
  • Organized, diligent, and methodical with a strong desire to succeed in a tech sales business
  • Charismatic, empathetic, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to navigate a busy pipeline and prioritize sales efforts effectively
