Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Commercial team at Sharpsmart UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare stakeholders to drive sales of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector, leveraging your knowledge of clinical data and market trends.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize product sales and revenue growth.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinicians, and procurement stakeholders to drive sales and business growth.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to deliver strategic objectives.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Field Service, Clinical Education, and Internal Sales, to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector, including clinical data and market trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage projects and prioritize tasks.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify knowledge gaps and development potentials.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively, with overnight stays, to meet with customers and stakeholders.
