**Job Title:** Sales Development Representative - SaaS Growth Expert
**Location:** Remote/Hybrid
**Salary:** £25,000-£30,000 base + OTE + Shares
Are you a driven sales professional looking to accelerate your career in a fast-paced SaaS business? Adhesion, an award-winning company, is seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join their team.
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to build relationships with Mid-Market to Enterprise-level clients, selling our market-leading SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving business growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Research and identify new sales opportunities through data-driven outreach campaigns
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage marketing efforts and maximize sales potential
- Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth for Adhesion
**Requirements:**
- 1+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced SaaS or IT business sales environment
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a BDR/BDE/SDR role
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to navigate a busy pipeline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences
