**Job Title:** Sales Development Representative - SaaS Growth Expert

**Location:** Remote/Hybrid

**Salary:** £25,000-£30,000 base + OTE + Shares

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to build relationships with Mid-Market to Enterprise-level clients, selling our market-leading SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Research and identify new sales opportunities through data-driven outreach campaigns
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage marketing efforts and maximize sales potential
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth for Adhesion

**Requirements:**

  • 1+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced SaaS or IT business sales environment
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a BDR/BDE/SDR role
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to navigate a busy pipeline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences
