Job Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth within the real estate sector.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to identify and secure new clients across various segments of the commercial real estate industry.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand client needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential clients through networking events, industry conferences, and direct outreach.
  • Present compelling proposals and solutions tailored to each client's unique requirements, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement in business development strategies.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in sales within the real estate industry, preferably with experience in commercial property or online platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships, exceeding expectations and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
