Our client, a prominent player in the automotive insurance market, is looking for dedicated customer service professionals to enhance their Claims Team. This role is situated in a collaborative and encouraging workplace.
The position involves assisting clients with their claims, offering precise guidance, and ensuring high service standards.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage claims and assist policyholders throughout the process
- Address claims through multiple communication channels
- Provide essential information to the Sales department
- Generate detailed reports on claims activities
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in a customer service role within an office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail and capability to perform under pressure
- Proficient in IT and computer skills
