Claims Advisor Role

The Central Support Unit team at AutoProtect Group is seeking a skilled Claims Advisor to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will be based in our Harlow office, with a working pattern of Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm, and 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am-1pm).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage claims inboxes and process claims received via our claims app in a timely manner.
  • Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim.
  • Handle complaints associated with a claim as per the complaints process.
  • Manage all administrative aspects of the claim.

Requirements:

  • Good planning and organizing skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • A background in insurance product administration and claim resolution.

Contract Details:

  • Job Type: Fixed-term contract
  • Contract length: 12 months

Relocation:
