The Claims Manheim team are looking for a **Technical Claims Advisor** to guide Manheim Buyers through the relevant claims process, giving accurate advice regarding suitable repairers and relevant liabilities.

You would be qualifying claims and ensuring an accurate and speedy claims resolution giving regard to both AutoProtect and Manheim company procedures, insured liabilities and customer sensitivities relating to the Manheim SureCheck Administration Scheme.

This role will be based in our Harlow Office. The working pattern will be Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm, 38.8 hours per week and you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays.

**The role**

The key responsibilities you could be looking after include:

- Provide accurate claims advice across a variety of Manheim SureCheck products.
- Understanding the Manheim buyers’ requirements and working with them to ensure they are properly dealt with in a speedy manner.
- Maintain company contractual service levels.
- Provide support to the Account Manager by providing accurate and timely information.
- Provide professional and friendly service.
- Arrange/Review/Evaluate vehicle assessments reports.
- Other reasonable duties as required.

- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure both within a team or on own initiative

**Essential Knowledge and Experience**
- Good understanding of voice/soft skill
- Excellent Word and Excel skills
- Experience in an FCA regulated environment
- Experience in insurance product administration and claim resolution

**Preferred**:

- Formal qualification in motor vehicle repair or equivalent experience in a motor repair workshop environment
