Our client is a leading provider of automotive warranty and insurance products. As a Technical Claims Advisor, you will utilize your automotive mechanical knowledge and customer service skills to assist customers in processing warranty claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the warranty claims process
- Work with internal and external customers to resolve issues
- Balance diplomacy with assertiveness and negotiate at all levels
- Resolve claims across various platforms: telephone, email, and online
- Understand customer requirements and ensure they are dealt with positively and professionally
- Maintain company service levels
- Provide professional and friendly service
Benefits:
- Week Hours: Monday to Friday 9.30am
- 1 in 3 Saturdays worked (dependent on experience)
- 20 days annual leave increasing with length of service (plus Bank Holidays)
