About the RoleAs a Revenue Growth Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to solve complex problems and improve performance. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver key insights and drive revenue growth through analysis and insights.
You will be involved in identifying levers through pricing, promotions, mix modelling, and other techniques. You will also work with 3rd party providers to collect, collate, and consume data.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement revenue growth strategies across international markets
- Lead a team to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth
- Liaise with stakeholders to deliver key insights and drive revenue growth
- Work with 3rd party providers to collect and consume data
- Experience within the FMCG sector, ideally with a focus on revenue growth, commercial, pricing, or category
- Ability to use initiative to solve problems independently in a professional setting
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills
- Experience working with data tools such as Excel with Power BI desirable
- Well-organized with good experience managing stakeholders, teams, and KPIs
We offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000 and an extensive benefits package including an 8% OTE Bonus and 12% Pension.
