  • Key Responsibilities:
    Manage the Revenue Operations Executives on shift, prioritizing tasks to meet British Airways' revenue objectives.
    Deputize for the Revenue Operations Team Leader and represent Global Revenue at Bronze command or operational meetings.
    Implement schedule changes, re-accommodating impacted customers to derive revenue benefits.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Provide daily commercial guidance, including contingency plans and problem-solving for Combined Operations and Customer Service teams.
    Undertake inventory control for Mainline flights to support revenue objectives.
    Forecast booked loads, likely offloads, downgrades, or upgrades to reduce costs and minimize customer impact.
  • Leadership and Development:
    Manage Passenger Named Record (PNR) requests for seats from Airport teams, Contact Centres, and Groups teams.
    Support the development and implementation of new systems, including specification of system needs and user acceptance testing.
    Lead specific project work to improve the customer proposition and drive incremental revenue.
  • Requirements:
    Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to manage conflicting priorities under pressure.
    Proven problem-solving and analytical skills to investigate complex issues and implement solutions.
    Strong influencing and communication skills, with ability to provide input in decision-making processes.
  • About the Role:
    As a key member of the Commercial Operations team, you will work in the Integrated Operations Centre, managing a 6-on-3-off shift pattern with opportunities for shift swaps and admin days for self-development.
