Position Overview

We are seeking a People Operations Partner to join our Human Resources division on a temporary contract.

Field of Work: Base

The Sika team is dedicated to providing comprehensive support across various market sectors, delivering both tactical and strategic assistance to senior leaders and management personnel.

You will become part of a vibrant team of Business Partners who are committed to enhancing the value we provide to the organization. We are on a transformative journey, backed by a strong team and positive relationships with the business.

Our operations span multiple key locations, and while proximity to these sites is preferred, flexibility to travel as needed is essential. Remote work options are also available.

Role Purpose

Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate effective personnel decisions and foster a supportive culture aligned with our corporate values.

Our team’s main objectives include improving individual, managerial, and team performance throughout the HR lifecycle, as well as sourcing, identifying, developing, and retaining talent.

Support Structure:

We provide a supportive and experienced team, along with an engaged group of stakeholders. You will have the autonomy to work independently within your area of responsibility, while also collaborating regularly with the wider HR team.

The HR Hub will assist with transactional tasks and provide valuable data, metrics, talent acquisition support, and guidance on less complex employee relations issues.
