We are seeking a Claims Support Specialist at INSHUR, where you will be part of a vibrant team. Our work model is hybrid, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work.

Your role will involve transforming the insurance landscape in exciting markets across various regions, including the UK, US, and the Netherlands, as well as new European territories as we grow.

Reporting to the Claims Manager, you will have the chance to positively affect the average claims costs by identifying opportunities for intervention and providing clients with optimal solutions tailored to their needs. A key strategic initiative is the establishment of our in-house claims department, aimed at delivering an exceptional customer claims experience.

Key Responsibilities

You will play a vital role in ensuring that we leverage relevant technology and supplier support to enhance the customer claims experience. As a natural collaborator, you will ensure that new claims are accurately initiated and that initial actions are executed, all while embodying the values and culture that INSHUR stands for.
