We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a Band 6 Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to patients in our community.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy services to patients with a wide range of long and short-term conditions.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to promote patient independence and quality of life.
- Conduct assessments, treatments, and reviews to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination.
- CSP recognized degree or diploma in Physiotherapy.
- Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of evidence-based clinical practice and continuing professional development.
