Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Midwife to join our team at Medacs Healthcare. As a Band 5/6 Midwife, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide constant monitoring and care to patients, including emergency admissions, planned admissions, and post-surgery patients.
- Actively support patients and their families, communicating clinical information effectively to ensure understanding.
- Safely identify, prepare, check, and assemble equipment required for patient care.
- Adhere to the NMC professional Code of Conduct.
- Take blood, fit a cannula, and undertake patient observations as needed.
- Write care plans, perform assessments, and make referrals as necessary.
Requirements:
- Be a Registered Midwife.
- Have at least 6 months post-graduate UK experience.
