Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Midwife to join our team at Medacs Healthcare. As a Band 5/6 Midwife, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide constant monitoring and care to patients, including emergency admissions, planned admissions, and post-surgery patients.
  • Actively support patients and their families, communicating clinical information effectively to ensure understanding.
  • Safely identify, prepare, check, and assemble equipment required for patient care.
  • Adhere to the NMC professional Code of Conduct.
  • Take blood, fit a cannula, and undertake patient observations as needed.
  • Write care plans, perform assessments, and make referrals as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Be a Registered Midwife.
  • Have at least 6 months post-graduate UK experience.
