Job Title: Bank Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Lancashire. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our service users.

About the Role:

This is a bank position, which means you will work on an ad-hoc basis to cover shifts as needed. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized clinical care for our service users. You will work collaboratively with the nursing team and the wider multi-disciplinary team to provide an integrated, proactive, and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized clinical care for service users.
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team and the wider multi-disciplinary team to provide an integrated, proactive, and high-quality service.
  • Take charge of the clinical area in the absence of the Senior Nurse.
  • Ensure the care team provides all care in line with the evidence-based care plan.
  • Maintain an understanding of and act in accordance with all Brainkind policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • NMC Registered Nurse.
  • Completion of NMC Standards for Student Supervision and/or Assessment or willingness to complete training.
  • Evidence of continued professional development.
