We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Mental Health / Learning Disabilities to join our team in the Mental Health Inpatient Services at various locations across Lancashire & South Cumbria. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will have the flexibility to choose when and where you work, with the option to work full-time or part-time shifts.
Main DutiesAs a Bank Registered Nurse Mental Health / Learning Disabilities, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and reviewing care needs for patients in our inpatient mental health settings. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, person-centered, and recovery-focused care.
About the RoleThis is a Band 5 position, with an hourly rate of £ plus uplift for holiday pay. You will also receive free parking at the majority of sites, paid face-to-face induction and mandatory training, and further online mandatory training. Additionally, you will have access to wellbeing support, flexible working, and a pension scheme.
Person SpecificationWe are looking for a Registered Nurse with at least six months' experience working in an inpatient mental health setting. You will need to have a working knowledge of mental health conditions and their treatments, recovery principles, and person-centered care. You will also need to be able to demonstrate an understanding of the Mental Health Act 1983 and Care Programme Approach.
