We are seeking a skilled and experienced Midwife to join our team at Medacs Healthcare. As a Midwife, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide constant monitoring and care to patients, including taking blood and undertaking patient observations.
- Support emergency admissions, planned admissions, and post-surgery patients and their families, communicating clinical information effectively.
- Safely identify, prepare, check, and assemble equipment required for patient care.
- Adhere to the NMC professional Code of Conduct and maintain high standards of patient care.
- Write care plans, perform assessments, and make referrals as necessary.
- Be a Registered Midwife with at least 6 months post-graduate UK experience.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Be able to use a computer competently and have basic IT skills.
