About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a Band 6 Senior Community Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to patients in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation to patients with a wide range of long and short-term conditions.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care and support.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the education and training of healthcare students and professionals.
Requirements
  • CSP recognized Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Physiotherapy.
  • Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
  • Good knowledge of evidence-based clinical practice within rehabilitation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
