Key Responsibilities
Within the Surgery Directorate, we highly value our Physiotherapy Specialists, as they are integral to the smooth operation of our Clinical Services, ensuring that patient care remains our top priority. Within the Head and Neck Specialty Business Unit, we provide care for both urgent and routine patients in outpatient settings and surgical environments.
This position is dynamic and varied; each day presents new challenges. As a Physiotherapy Specialist, you will engage in a range of administrative tasks, maintain regular contact with patients and the Clinical Team, and ensure the efficient functioning of the department, all while prioritizing patient care.

· Deliver administrative and therapeutic support to Clinical Teams by managing incoming correspondence, disseminating information, composing reports, maintaining organized filing systems, and continuously enhancing administrative practices to ensure efficiency.
· Act as a representative for the Head and Neck Specialty Business Unit, addressing external and internal inquiries from staff and patients, and directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining professionalism.
· Address customer concerns through various communication channels to achieve prompt resolutions in line with organizational procedures.
· Communicate effectively with a diverse range of staff, users, and visitors, utilizing various methods to ensure clarity and appropriateness of information shared.
· Follow up on outstanding issues with relevant parties to ensure deadlines are met.
· Maintain effective administrative systems, including tracking tasks and taking messages.
