As a Golf Retail Specialist, you will work 20 hours each week with a clear mission: to deliver an exceptional service experience to our customers. You will serve as a knowledgeable guide in our store, helping golfers select the right products to meet their needs and achieve their golfing aspirations. Your daily tasks will include implementing our established GAMES sales process, providing top-notch customer service, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing our GAMES sales process to ensure every customer receives tailored attention through expert advice and product knowledge.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) while fostering a welcoming and engaging store atmosphere.
  • Contributing to a positive team environment and collaborating with colleagues to achieve common objectives.
