Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic English Language Specialist to join our team at GSL Education. As an English Language Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and comprehensive English lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning styles and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons that meet the needs of students with varying learning styles and abilities.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to inspire students to develop their reading, writing, and critical thinking skills.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the English curriculum.
  • Participate in school activities and events to enrich the students' educational experience.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience teaching English at the secondary level.
  • A strong understanding of English literature and language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and collaboration with colleagues.
