Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Band 3 administrator to become a vital part of our collaborative multi-disciplinary team within the SET CAMHS clinic.

As a prominent provider of mental health services for children and adolescents, NELFT is dedicated to delivering high-quality care across various regions.

Key Responsibilities

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Proficient in utilizing Systmone or similar databases to analyze and update patient records.
  • General administrative tasks, including drafting patient correspondence, managing incoming and outgoing mail, handling emails, and addressing queries via phone and post, as well as photocopying and organizing files.
  • Collaborating with team members, including healthcare professionals and management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including email, Excel, and Word.
  • Direct interaction with service users and their families, both over the phone and in person.
  • Prior experience in an administrative capacity within healthcare, education, social services, or a related field.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • A minimum of two years of administrative experience.
  • A friendly demeanor and adaptable mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure.

About NELFT's SET CAMHS

Our SET CAMHS service caters to individuals aged 0-18 residing in designated areas, providing free access to mental health support. This service is also available for young individuals with special educational needs experiencing emotional or mental health challenges, as well as for parents, guardians, professionals, or educators seeking assistance for children facing similar difficulties.

About NELFT
