We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our team at Reed. As a Client Services Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our asset management services.
Key Responsibilities- Client Liaison: You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Case Review and Reporting: You will review cases and case holdings on a regular basis to ensure service level agreements are being met, and provide scheduled and ad hoc reports to clients.
- Document Management: You will be responsible for issuing legally compliant documents to clients, reviewing cases, and providing regular updates to the Client Services Manager.
- Issue Identification and Improvement: You will identify issues and improvements and relay these to the senior management team, ensuring that our services are continuously improving.
- Communication: You will be required to answer inbound client calls and emails, providing timely and effective communication to our clients.
- Education: You will have a good level of general education to GCSE's or GNVQ/NVQ qualification or equivalent.
- CES System Operations: You will have experience with CES system operations, with training given as needed.
- Internal Policies and Procedures: You will have knowledge of internal policies and procedures, legislation, and IT systems.
- IT Literacy: You will be proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Organizational Skills: You will have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to Detail: You will have excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
- Complaint Handling: You will have experience in complaint handling, with the ability to provide effective solutions.
- Working in an Office Environment: You will have prior experience working in an office environment, with the ability to work in a nondiscriminatory manner.
- Prior Administrative Experience: You will have prior experience in an administrative role, with the ability to use your own initiative and work independently.
- Law Qualification: You will have a qualified or working towards any law qualification.
- Enforcement/Debt Recovery Knowledge: You will have knowledge of enforcement/debt recovery.
- Litigation Experience: You will have prior experience in litigation.
- Nexus Experience: You will have prior experience using Nexus.
