About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Service Engineer to join our team at STERIS Canada Corporation. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on STERIS/Cantel product lines and field troubleshooting to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Administrative Duties: Complete service reports, maintain tools and parts inventory, and utilize corporate applications to manage daily activities.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, managers, and support functions to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide solutions to customers to enhance sales and growth in the field through effective positioning of STERIS/Cantel products and services.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager to ensure the success of our service team.
Requirements
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years of industry-related experience and a general knowledge of operating washing and sterilize processing units.
  • Education and Skills: Valid driver's license, computer literacy, good oral and written communication, and sufficient technical knowledge of the English language.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Completion of a recognized mechanical, electrical, or electronic technical training scheme.
