Job Title: Aftersales Service Engineer

STERIS Canada Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring their equipment is running at optimal levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on sterilization equipment, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Conduct thorough site assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for equipment upgrades or modifications.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of service activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in sterilization equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Completion of a recognized mechanical, electrical, or electronic technical training scheme.
