We are currently seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on our product lines and field troubleshooting in your designated service area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on STERIS/Cantel product lines and related equipment.
  • Conduct field troubleshooting and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, managers, and support functions.
  • Provide solutions to customers to enhance sales and growth in the field.
  • Perform administrative duties, including computer synchronization, service reports, and inventory management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years industry-related experience.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Computer literacy and good oral and written communication skills.
  • Sufficient technical knowledge of the English language.
  • Completion of a recognized mechanical, electrical, or electronic technical training scheme.
