Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on STERIS/Cantel product lines and related equipment.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting and diagnostic analysis to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, management, and support functions to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide solutions to customers to enhance sales and growth in the field through effective positioning of STERIS/Cantel products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements to ensure continued expertise and knowledge.
- Minimum of 2 years industry-related experience and a general knowledge of operating washing and sterilize processing units.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Computer literacy with a good standard of education and good oral and written communication.
- Sufficient technical knowledge of the English language.
- Completion of a recognized mechanical, electrical, or electronic technical training scheme.
