Job Title: Aftersales Service Engineer

STERIS Canada Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring their equipment is running at optimal levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on sterilization equipment, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
  • Conduct thorough site assessments to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, management, and support functions to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Utilize corporate applications to manage daily activities, including service reports and tool inventory management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in sterilization technology to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of industry-related experience and a general knowledge of operating washing and sterilize processing units.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Computer literacy with a good standard of education and excellent communication skills.
  • Sufficient technical knowledge of the English language.
  • Completion of a recognized mechanical, electrical, or electronic technical training scheme.
