Job Title: Aftersales Service Engineer

STERIS Canada Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring their equipment is running at optimal levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on sterilization equipment, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Conduct thorough site assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, management, and support functions to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Utilize corporate applications to manage daily activities, including service reports and tool inventory management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of industry-related experience, with a strong understanding of sterilization equipment and processes.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong technical knowledge of English language and ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Completion of a recognized mechanical, electrical, or electronic technical training scheme.
