Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our IT team at Saragossa, a leading Private Equity firm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users, ensuring seamless IT operations, and driving innovation through automation and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to all users, addressing a wide range of IT issues, from printer troubleshooting to complex software problems.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement efficient processes, automating repetitive tasks and improving overall IT efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies, including Windows, Azure Active Directory, and MS Intune, to ensure our IT environment remains secure and optimized.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of IT documentation, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information is available to the team.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of IT projects, working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in desktop support, with a strong background in Microsoft technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
