The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for computer applications and hardware, including:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (2016/365), Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Windows 10, Document Management System (FileSite), Time recording systems (IntApp), Practice management system (Elite 3E), Digital dictation (BigHand), Workshare compare, Third party numbering suite (DocX Tools), CMS (InterAction), Adobe Suite, Remote Access (VPN, RSA, Citrix), Mobile technologies (BlackBerry Work, iOS, Android, Intune), Remote desktop (VNC/TeamViewer).
  • Installation and configuration of hardware and software.
  • Providing technical support to legal professionals and law firms.

Requirements

  • Must have strong Desktop support experience in a professional services industry.
  • Must have experience working in the legal sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical support principles and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
