Job Description

Axiom Software Solutions Limited is seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware on desktops and laptops.
  • Manage and maintain our company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of IT services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of ServiceNow and other IT service management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in ITIL, MCSE, or Azure foundations.
  • Experience with COTS applications and Apple/MAC devices management.
  • Knowledge of SOP-based procurement and trade floor support.
